Next level ‘ stuff there! I’ve won a few mac and cheese competitions, so i may know a thing or two about making awesome mac and cheese.

Mac and cheese always tastes better when its homemade. There’s no less than 3 kinds of cheese in every cookie katie batch of mac and cheese. No shelf stable cheese here! Crunchy toppings are awesome additions to any mac and cheese. We like using cheese, and toasted breadcrumbs or crackers, crispy fried onions or even crushed up croutons.
