OMG, Cake Pops

And All The Sprinkles!!

When we started Cookie Lady Katie the menu only had 2 choices, cookies and gummies. A few months later, one of our customers asked if we would make some cake pops. I knew a little bit about cake pops and had eaten a lot of them, but she had never actually made any. How hard could it be??

So we made and tested a few batches, in a few different flavors. When we were happy with the flavor and texture of the pops, I really needed to figure out how to infuse the cake pops with THC. Then there’s some nerdy math stuff to calculate so we can make the cake pops dose the same every time.

Surprisingly unlike testing the gummies, we didn’t have to make many changes to our cake pop recipes. We added them to the menu, and we immediately discovered out that cake pops were a great addition to the menu!!
